The intelligent architectural design provides apartments that will keep strata fees low without impacting on its lifestyle benefits. Strata fees are estimated to fall within the following ranges:
1 bedroom apartments $650 to $700 per quarter.
2 bedroom apartments $700 to $800 per quarter.
3 bedroom apartments $780 to $880 per quarter.
What are the expected rent returns for apartments within the ‘Phillip Square’ project?
Campbelltown has seen a number of apartment projects in recent years. Recently completed projects have established the market value rent for the Campbelltown CBD zone. Individual rental returns may vary slightly, due to aspect, position and overall size; however, the anticipated rent yields are expected to be:
1 bedroom apartments $340 to $370 per week.
2 bedroom apartments $400 to $440 per week.
3 bedroom apartments $440 to $480 per week.
Can I inspect my apartment during construction?
Yes, please contact Harcourt’s to make an appointment, otherwise the site will be open for inspections between 1pm – 1.45pm on Saturdays.
Is my deposit secure in the event the builder fails to complete the project?
Your deposit is invested and held in a secure trust account on your behalf by the developer’s real estate agency, Harcourts – The Property People. The developer has no direct access to these trust monies.
Is the builder reputable and what experience do they have?
The builder, Trinity Constructions, have been developing and building in Sydney since 1999. Trinity bought their first Macarthur based project in 2008 and commenced construction in 2009 in Chamberlain Street, Campbelltown. This project was named ‘The Louvre’. Trinity Constructions are the most active repeat developer within Campbelltown’s CBD redevelopment zone having already constructed:
